Who we are

Elite Football Schools is a highly respected community football school program based at ABQ Seeb International School.We create a safe, fun, and positive environment where children can train with their classmates, make new friends, and become part of one big football community.

Coaching Staff

Our UEFA-qualified coaches trained in Scotland and bring years of experience working with children from around the world.They take time to know each child’s strengths and weaknesses and explain the why of every drill while still pushing them to do their best.

I know how to make football fun and easy for children by breaking complex skills into simple, step-by-step football.I love working with kids and have coached in South Africa, working alongside football legend Aaron Mokoena, who played over 200 games in the English Premier League.I have also worked in China as Program Director for the Austin MacPhee Soccer Academy.

Our Football Program

Our 10-month technical programme combines Spanish football techniques with UK training methods. Sessions are exciting, challenging, and suitable for all levels from children playing for fun, to those wanting to develop their fitness levels or football skills.

How we coach

We don’t believe in shouting instructions from the sidelines. We explain why we do each drill, encourage children asking questions, and help players understand football through demonstrations and video.We believe in teaching players to think before they kick a ball.

Small Sided Games

Everyone gets a lot more time with the ball at their feet.The coaches get involved and keep the kids active and moving around, which keeps them engaged and excited to play every single session.We also promote healthy competition, fair play and still make coaching corrections hands on during every game so the kids are still learning.

Rewarded Play Time

We follow a simple rule during training: if players give us their full attention while we coach, we reward them with game time at the end of the session.If they struggle to listen or behave, we deduct minutes from that playtime.This teaches them the value of discipline, respect, and focus.

Drop Offs & Pick Ups

Safety is always our number one priority. We welcome players to arrive up to 15 minutes early before training, giving them time to play, chat with friends, and enjoy some social time after a busy day at school.If you are ever delayed with pick-up because of traffic or any unexpected reason, please don’t worry, we will always make sure your child is safe and stay with them until they are collected.

International Opportunities

If we spot exceptional talent, we can support pathways through our partner club in Scotland renowned for helping players progress into professional academies and scholarship opportunities.Young players can experience higher-level training and trial opportunities for 2 weeks under the guidance of UEFA coaches.
